Return Policy
At Mason & Chloe Vancouver, we strive to ensure our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. However, if you need to return an item, we have outlined our return policy clearly below.
Conditions for Returns

You may only request a return after you have physically received the item.

Return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer, including international shipping fees.

Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original condition with all tags and labels attached.

You may try on items, but wearing them is not allowed.

Returning items that were deliberately ordered in multiple sizes with the intent to (partially) return them is not allowed.
Return Process

Submit your return request via info@masonchloevancouver.com within 14 days of receiving the item.

You will receive the return address of our supplier (located in China).

You are responsible for returning the item at your own cost, including any customs fees or shipping charges.

We strongly recommend using a shipping method with tracking.
Refund
Once we receive the item at the return address and confirm that the product is in its original condition, the purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days to the original payment method.
Liability

We are not responsible for lost packages if tracking shows that the item was delivered to the address provided by the customer.

If an incorrect address is provided, the customer is responsible.

Address errors must be reported within 24 hours of placing the order.
